  (decision on-chain), 3 modalites de vote (majoritaire, quadratique,
  permanent)
- Backend adapte SQLite (Uuid portable, 204 fix, pool conditionnel)
- Correction noms composants (pathPrefix: false), pinia/nuxt ^0.11
