fix: corriger structure heredoc Dockerfile

- Ajouter commande RUN manquante pour script Python
- Fermer proprement heredoc team.tsx avec EOF
- Ouvrir heredoc Python avec PYEOF
- Structure Dockerfile maintenant cohérente

Corrige erreur 'unknown instruction: import'
